We take every care to ensure the information on our website is timely and accurate. However from time to time items may be displayed that are no longer in stock.

Your credit or debit card will be charged when you place your order. If the item you have chosen and paid for is unavailable you will be contacted by our customer services department via e-mail. A refund will be credited to your account subsequently.

Please note that although stock is updated promptly it is possible for items to sell out immediately before this is achieved. Very rarely this may result in a product or size or colour option being displayed for a very short time although it is unavailable. This is impossible to avoid and is in no way an attempt to mislead customers and should you see something that you cannot order please contact customer services.

All products sold on www.republic.co.uk are priced in pounds sterling and include UK VAT at the prevailing rate.

What happens if 1 item in a Multibuy is out of stock?

Occasionally, 1 item purchased in a multibuy may be out of stock. In these circumstances, we will send you the 'in stock' item within the promotion and apply our standard multibuy or BOGOF refund policy (see Promotions Help?) to the out of stock item.
