Return the item purchased to one of our national stores, please use the store locator to help you find your nearest branch. Goods can only be returned by the original purchaser.
You must take with you your delivery note as this acts as a receipt of purchase, without this the store cannot process your refund and will refer you to customer services.
All refunds will be placed on the original card used for the purchase. The last 4 digits only will be printed on your delivery note for the store’s reference.
On production of a valid delivery note and a printed on-line order receipt, the store can either refund your account with the retail price of the returned product or you can exchange it for a different item. Original postage cost will not be refunded unless the garment is faulty or the wrong item has been sent.
Back to topAll postal returns must be accompanied with a Returns Authorisation Number which can be obtained by contact us here or by calling 0844 800 1044 between 8am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.
Items must be returned to our distribution centre or store within 14 days of receipt. Price tickets and labeling must be kept on all garments returned.
You will be provided with a unique returns authorization number to enter on the returns note provided with your delivery (this must be enclosed with the products). Failure to do this will result in a delay processing your refund. We cannot be held responsible for you returning goods to us without a returns number; this number provides authority to return and identifies the returned item to the customer order.
Postage is paid by the customer and the original delivery cost is deducted from the customer refund. Return postage is not refunded.
Swimwear must be returned to us unworn.
Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.

In both these instances we will issue a full refund including original delivery charge and provide a pre-paid postage label.
In these instances we will issue a full refund, excluding the original delivery charge.
Please note:
If you would like a different size or style you must return the original item and then order the new item on-line, postage cannot be refunded in this instance.
Items cannot be exchanged on-line however you can exchange goods at one of our 80+ stores. Please use our store locator on our website to find your nearest branch.

When only 1 item is purchased the customer will be refunded the total order value (including postage).
When more than 1 item is purchased the customer will be refunded the discounted price (if in a multibuy) of the item cancelled (excluding postage).
Customer keeps 1 item in a Multibuy promotion and the 2nd item (non faulty) is returned
When buying into a Multibuy promotion the customer is buying into a package offer. Therefore, if a customer returns 1 item from the offer they are no longer eligible for the 2 for deal.
This means that they must pay the original sell price for the item they have kept (excluding postage)
A faulty item is returned in a Multibuy order
The discounted price of the item returned will be refunded (excluding postage).
Both goods in a Multibuy promotion are faulty
If both goods in a promotion are faulty the total promotional order value is refunded (including postage).
For example £30 + £4.50 postage will be refunded on the 2 for £30 offer.
Back to topPostage and packaging will be fully refunded on faulty products/wrong items sent, as long as they are not part of a multiple order.
Postage will not be refunded if 1 or more items in a Multibuy order are kept by the customer.
