Promotion terms

Republic (Retail) Ltd reserves the right to change or remove promotions or offers from the website at any time.

Discount offered on E-Flyers and other Republic promotional literature is only redeemable when the promotional code is entered at checkout.

Multibuy discounts relating to 2 for £25, 2 for £30 and 2 for £50 promotions are deducted from the total goods price before carriage. The discount amount is stated separately on your order receipt.

How much refund will I receive if I buy 2 items in a 2 for £50.00 or 2 for £30.00 promotion and I wish to return 1 item?

If you return 1 item from a 2 for £50.00 or 2 for £30.00 promotion, the item you keep is deemed as full price.

Example 2 for £50.00  - You decide to keep 1 item charging a full retail price of £39.99, then you will be refunded £10.01. 

Example 2 for £30.00 – You decide to keep 1 item charging a full retail price of £19.99, then you will be refunded £10.01.

If a faulty item is returned in a Multibuy order, the discounted price of the item returned will be refunded (excluding postage).

How much will I be refunded if a BOGOF item is not in stock, faulty or unwanted?

Our web policy is to refund or offer store credit for 50% of the amount paid for the offer.

Our store policy is to offer an exchange for an item of the same price in the Bogof promotion only. No refund is given at store.

Returning promotional purchases to store

You will need to take your delivery note or order receipt with you as proof of purchase. The same discount rules apply in store as on-line.

Using a promotional voucher

If you have a promotional voucher/coupon which entitles you to discount off your order, you can enter this on the order summary page which is the final page before you place your order.

Click on the 'Redeem a Promotion Voucher' button on this page and enter the code. Any discount that is applicable will then be applied to your order and show as a discount.

Please check the conditions of your voucher if it does not appear to work on your order as some have special conditions.
