We offer two delivery options, Express (£4.50) and Standard (£3.95). Express delivery is FREE on all orders of £100 and only £2.99 on orders over £50.

Parcels are delivered by HDNL. If you are not in when they attempt to deliver they will attempt one further time before contacting us to arrange a delivery time suitable for you.

Republic (Retail) Ltd currently only delivers to mainland United Kingdom.

Express delivery

¹ Collections and deliveries are not made on Bank Holidays. If this day is a bank holiday, then delivery estimates will extend accordingly.

Exceptions
Next day delivery is not available to the following postcodes: AB, DD8-11, KW1-17, ZE1-99, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH19-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, HS1-99, IV1-27, IV30-32, IV36, IV40-54, KA27-28, IM1-99, TR21-25, BT1-99). Orders below £50 to these destinations incur a delivery charge of £10.50.

Standard Deliveries

£3.95 – If your order comes to less than £50, a 3-5 working day delivery service to all mainland addresses in England, Wales and Scotland is available.

Delivery Charge

The delivery charge selected will be added to your order value.

All orders will automatically default to our Express delivery service unless the Standard service is selected at the checkout.

Our customers are important to us so we aim to provide a fast and efficient delivery service using a reputable carrier who can track your parcel from our warehouse to your doorstep.

Republic (Retail) Ltd reserves the right to amend delivery charges and carrier services at any time.

Order processing

Your order will usually be processed within 24 hours Monday to Thursday excluding bank holidays and will be dispatched using our standard delivery service. Orders placed Friday to Sunday will be processed and dispatched the next working day.

All deliveries are subject to stock availability and authorisation of payment.

Customers will be notified by e-mail as soon as possible if it is anticipated that there may be issues with delivery taking longer than the standard time.

If you wish to check if your order has been dispatched, your parcel tracking number can viewed in ‘Managing your Account’- ‘order history’ section.

Delivery will be attempted according to the terms and conditions of the carrier. Any subsequent delivery attempts or refusal is the responsibility of the customer and as such all charges incurred by Republic (Retail) Ltd will be passed on to the customer.

Telephone Number

When ordering you must supply a valid daytime telephone number. We will only use this information if an issue occurs with your order or delivery.
