* All delivery dates are estimated. Next day delivery is not available to the Scottish Highlands - delivery will be in 3-10 working days. Please help us process your order quickly by supplying verifiable contact details (e.g. company email and delivery addresses). Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or Bank Holidays - estimated delivery dates will extend as necessary if falling on Bank Holidays.

Tracking your order:
When your order is despatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a number allowing you to track progress of your package on the HDNL.co.uk website. Your order will be delivered by Home Delivery Network sometime between 7am and 6pm.

If you are not in:
HDNL will leave a note through your door, or will leave it in a secure place on your property.

Returns and Refunds

Returning & exchanging in store:
Take your item(s) along to your local Republic store along with the delivery note that accompanies your order, and you will be able to exchange or return your item(s).

Returning by post:
You may return unwanted items by post. You will receive instructions on how to do this with your order.

Exchanging by post:
If you wish to exchange an item please call our customer services team to arrange returning the item you wish to exchange. You will have to place a new order with them. The cost of your original item will be refunded when it is returned to us.
