Your shipping confirmation email (subject line 'We thought you would like to know that your order has been shipped') contains a tracking number. The number is shown adjacent to the items in
your order and begins with '8REP' followed by 9 digits, e.g. 8REP123456789.
Registered users may also find this information by logging in and checking the 'My Account' section of the website, looking under 'Order History'.
Simply enter this number at hdnl.co.uk for an update on your order.

If you want to exchange a 2 for £30 or 2 for £50 item bought from republic.co.uk, you must first return your original item.
Once we have received and checked your returned item we will send you your replacement, though you will have to pay postage on the replacement item.
